Standard: beds on the floor (~20" mattress). Beds raised: lofted ~36" with open storage underneath. Both put the desk's long side against the foot of the bed, open toward the door, chair pushed in. Bunked stacks both beds to free a wall.

Room size ▾
12'7.5" wide x 13'10" deep, the usable floor from the Matterport scan (the PDF's 15'11.5" includes the recessed window bay). Ceiling height is a typical-dorm estimate. Measure yours and tweak any of these.
